*new!* hashtag mentions!
our belated valentines day present to you 😘!
while creating your next set of hashtags, plann can help guide you to find the best ones to use.
how to use the new feature to your advantage?
number of mentions will be color coded!:
1m+ orange 🍊 using a hashtag with over 1m mentions will be hard to get noticed unless your engagement rate is spectacular to land you in the top 9 grid!
500,000+ dark blue
🌊 a competitive space but with great content you'll get great interaction here.
250,000+ green 🍏 with great content you'll get targeted interaction in a hashtag of this size!
< 250,000: light blue
💎 use smaller tags (even below 50k!) for pointy, targeted niches that could see your content being seen over a few days - rather than hours!
haven't seen it yet?
update your plann app to get started researching new hashtags!
p.s. android coming shortly! 🙂 xx
p.p.s. to keep creating great features we need your help - please rate plann in the app stores to show apple/google we’re a quality app!
Maybe we have too many mirrors.
too much time spent obsessing over perceived flaws.
hours spent dwelling on our insecurities.
instead of loving who we are, we’ve normalized being uncomfortable with the person staring back at us.
every time i traveled overseas, i would bring my polaroid camera with plenty of film on deck.
*snap *snap *snap
the joy in the eyes of the kiddos & adults alike when their little films finally developed was unparalleled.
“this is me!?” or laughter in its purest form were the most common responses.
it was almost as if they hadn’t seen their faces in years. many of them hadn’t.
maybe it speaks to our own vanity here in the states, but mirrors aren’t exactly the priority in the developing world.
on one side of the world, we have the reflection of our very own faces eliciting great delight. & on the other, our reflections are mere reminders of all the ways we don’t measure up.
maybe we’ve forgotten the fact that simply having a reflection is a gift in & of itself—it means you have breath in your lungs & therefore, purpose in your veins.
maybe we’ve taken for granted the fact that our eyes give us the ability to behold the wisdom tucked into our smile lines, the grey hairs of experience.
maybe we’ve failed to view our days through a lens of gratitude for all that we have in lieu of all that we lack.
maybe, just maybe... we don’t really lack at all.
maybe we simply have too many mirrors.
-sincerely, the girl who just bought four mirrors*
