Yesterday we made some #vegan pizza 🍕. it was delightful and satisfying! i tried out both the vegan cheese from @simplyvgenuss and @beddaworld and they were equally amazing although the simply v shreds melted better. i can’t t wait to try out the shredded bedda cheese. i‘m usually not a fan of vegan cheese but there two brands have really changed my mind! i also really enjoyed the „bauern-knacker“ (sausages) by @wheaty_de! i found both pizza doughs, the bedda cheese and the vegan salami at @edeka and the simply v cheese at @kaufland. the vegan sausage i got from an organic supermarket called lpg biomarkt in berlin charlottenburg. it makes my happy to know that i don’t have to compromise the taste of pizza by being vegan. and i mean if pizza can be made vegan, what are you waiting for?❣️🌱 #veganberlin#berlinforvegans#veganlunch#vegans#vegandeutschland#herbivore#plantbased#crueltyfreefood#veganpizza#veganfood
Strawberry, oat and chia bites 🍓🍓🍓 i use freeze dried strawberries in these- so easy and yum! they are #nutfree, so great for lunch boxes.
recipe: put 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds and about half a packet of freeze dried strawberries in the blender and blend until fairly smooth. transfer to bowl and add 2 tsp coconut oil (melted), 2 tbsp rice malt syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, the rest of the strawberries (crushed up) and pinch of salt. roll into balls and pop in the fridge to firm up #blissballs#vegansnack#veganlunchbox#veganrecipeshare#strawberryballs#chiaseeds
