[21st tank division]
the front lines. i still get chills when i think about them. as a engineer in the 21st tank division, i saw my fair share of gruesome sights. fellow clones scrambling out of tanks while burning alive, chunks of meat and metal flying around me, and seppie hail-fires crushing every bone in a clone troopers body. in all my years of fighting, whether it be in the deserts of geonosis, the overgrown jungles of felucia, or the frozen plains of toola, nothing came close to what i witnessed while serving in mygeeto. miscommunication, bloodbaths, stalemates, sickness, and the dreary list goes on... with the jedi, ki-adi-mundi in command, things looked rather bleak for the 21st. i wish i could forget mygeeto, but i can't...
the day i fought on the mygeetian front will forever burn in my memory. my fellow brothers in the 21st occupied an essential command post on the east front and were in dire need of armored reinforcement. commander sangar loaded us all in a laat with a ift-x hanging below. those tanks were tough. we blew the seppies out of mygeeto's central plaza and established a tide changing command post. hell, after that, i thought ift-x's were invincible. soon enough, i was quickly reminded there's always something, or someone, stronger than you. always.
the intimidating sound our tank carrying laat blasted through mygeeto's snow flurried sky. sangar pointed out of the cabin, "there's the front! set us down pilot!" the ship quickly descended, dropping the ift-x and all 30 our division. as the laat pulled away, deafening explosions filled the air, overwhelming wails came from my fallen brothers, and shouts for bacta echoed the battlefield. as our tank began growling at the seperatist offense, it was greeted with a barrage of cis womd's. the tank was instantly engulfed with flames along with the crew inside. they jumped out wailing and moaning while the blazes licked at their cauterized boots. we lost as soon as we arrived. commander sangar ended up ordering us to fill in with the remaining 21st forces occupying the mygeetian front... -
