Q u e e n s
i have been unable to really participate on ig because i am frozen from all the coverage of the separated families.
i struggle to overcome my own trauma of powerlessness and this practice is triggering that trapped 3 yr old version of me.
so i meditate on where i am and what i am feeling in the universe right now. two truths have stepped forward that have given me comfort-
1. while no one deserves to experience this- the soul knows what it’s doing. the soul is eternal and more powerful than any construct of government. it’s painful to watch but i trust the perfection of the souls of these families to help break these structures and raise us into evolved ways of being.
2. you can not destroy or erase bipoc. colonialism and white supremacists have tried but it has heretofore they have been unsuccessful.
as villainous as they are, we are resilient.
colonialism thrives on systematic trauma. trauma will disempower people for generations.
they need not commit genocide to silence bipoc, when trauma ensures we do it to ourselves intergenerationally.
the resilience of brown and indigenous people is so profoundly loud right now that it scares the power structure.
so here is a way to push back.
i am meditating on the resilience of the gente, and power and intention of the soul.
