What is the best time to workout?
to be honest, whenever you can.
for me personally i prefer to workout first thing in the morning. i'm fresh, i have the most energy and it's done for the day.
when ever i have left it for the evening, it keep getting postponed. the last week has been hectic for me. today i got home at 8pm. this is the time to quickly eat and read to my son.
i was already exhausted. trying to do a workout would have been a half hearted attempt for me. while this works for some. some people prefer to workout in the evening.
as long as you get it done. that's the most important.
this post might sound simple but i usually write about what i struggle with. i figured, if i'm struggling, other probably are too.
my days are exhausting, juggling so many things.
i make sure my son has classes to attend after school. or he's at someone's place. for moms it is best to have a support group of moms and share some things.
each of us have our struggles. now that my son's asleep, i'm writing this post. i could have watched tv but we all need to make some sacrifices... i could have copy pasted an old post, but that's not me.
i'll tell you a story tomorrow and you'll understand why.
i hope this reminds you that we all struggle. just coz you see smiles on insta pics... doesnt mean it's all rosy.
