👶🏻 i hope you’re all having a great weekend! i’m still on the couch with my newborn baby boy! momma, baby, and our ✌🏻 year old son are all doing amazingly so far.
i’ll be going back to start my workouts tomorrow, as i’ve taken some time off for my family. daddy’s in the process of making another before picture lol. ⚖️
▪️ i’m going to go a bit aggressive this week with my diet. i’ve been eating what most know as “normal” foods (normal = quick, not healthy) since the baby has come, and those foods are packed with calories haha. the f*t loss, however, continues this week on the following diet:
calories - 2300 / day
protein - 230g / day
carbs - 201g / day
fat - 64g / day
🍕 keep in mind, i follow a flexible diet and eat different foods all the time. when people ask me to make them a meal plan, i tend to give them recipe ideas instead of specific foods to follow day in and day out. i focus on eating 2-4 servings of fruits and veggies per day, and try to get 30-50g fibre as well (yes, that’s how you spell fiber in canada 🤣🇨🇦).
❌ carbs are not the enemy.
❌ f*t is not the enemy.
❌ sugar is not the enemy.
too much of anything means too many calories, and too many calories is the only way you’re going to gain weight or prevent f*t loss!!!
🔥 let’s learn to have a bit of flexibility, accountability, and start to really love the results we see by working hard in the kitchen and gym!
