Okay, let's face it. i am not going to win any awards for the presentation of this meal but... i am totally winning with this semi chimichuri and rutabaga mash. the truth is creating new recipes, or cooking in general requires learning curves which means we win some and we lose some. i wouldn't call this a total loss because it's absolutely scrumptious, but let's face it... it's not that pretty and kind of all the same color. whoops!
