Whoa! 🙌🏻 my tweaked version of @wwpounddropper pb cheesecake came out amazing! i ran my version thru the ww create a recipe feature on etools (also on app) and for 8 servings it came out to 1sp per slice. 💥boom💥
so i started following the pb cheesecake recipe as is, except i added 1t of sukrin (amazon) in addition to the truvia (not baking one) and 2 ww pb protein sticks, diced small. the flavor sf pudding mix i used was cheesecake instead of chocolate as suggested. i’ve included the link to wwpounddropper (linds) recipe. you can’t go wrong w/any of her 12 cheesecake recipes! so far i’ve made the plain jane (twice), chocolate fudge, and now pb. all great! btw, i make the 3 cups of plain greek yogurt portion in a springform pan instead of the 5 cup when they aren’t fit company. so far, no company has gotten any. 🤷♀️😂😋 https://thepounddropper.com/12-varieties-of-pound-droppers-cheesecake-recipes/

😫although sugar is often demonised, there's no reason to avoid it completely during your healthy living journey. it only poses to be an issue when it's consumed in excess and cravings for sugar become out of control.
