We’re over seven months into 2018 and i am finishing this month off right! it’s never been so much about short-term dieting. it has and always will be all about living a healthy lifestyle. you have to think of food as your fuel and you have to choose it wisely. it’s all about fueling your body at the right times, each and everyday. even though i am not in my every day element i never give myself an excuse to miss a meal.
🍣heres a healthy option even when your out and about, packed in protein. remember most places on the go have side options that include grilled chicken, steak, shrimp or fish. nothing unhealthy about this meal and even though this plate is packed with food this meal is still low in carbs.

aqui em casa eu uso kefir no lugar da maionese!! grelhei um filé de peixe 🐟, dei uma desfiada e misturei com o kefir, cebola, tomate, cenoura, salsinha, cebolinha, coentro e folha de cenoura picadinhos!! temperei com sal e azeite!!

Tonight’s dinner: healthier shrimp fried rice 🍤🍚🍤🍚
i started by seasoning the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, red pepper, pink salt, and pepper. once i got that sizzling, i sautéed @yourtaylorfarms cauliflower hash using coconut oil & @bragglivefoods liquid aminos. (i also added a little more sea salt & pepper.) while the hash was heating, i scrambled 2 eggs 🍳 to throw into our stir fry mix as well. once everything’s cooked, mix it all together and enjoy! .
“pro tip”: we ended up drizzling a little @sirkensingtons special sauce on top too because it tasted like a lighter “pink sauce”! 👌🏼👌🏼
