~3 hacks to up your quinoa game~
1️⃣ soaking quinoa, this removes the bitterness and makes it easier to digest
2️⃣ lightly toasting the quinoa gives it a nutty flavour, dry your quinoa after rinsing it and let it sit for 10 mins. then toast in a frying pan for around 5 mins before cooking regularly
3️⃣ instead of cooking quinoa in water cook in vegetable stock to give a nice seasoned flavour!

I love the time when late summer stone fruit and early fall grapes and apples overlap - it’s a little sliver of the the best of both worlds! another reason i love the combo is because you can do pretty much anything with them - roast with meats, add to salads, make compotes or chutneys, and each is amazing on a cheese board! and don’t get me started on the breakfast options....
