Mac & cheese. or to be precise, fusilli & dolcelatte w/ ciabatta pangritata & broccoli. i was inspired by one of my favourite soups here, broccoli & stilton. the flavour combo worked terrifically well, but i recommend making a standard cheese sauce first w cheddar etc then add nobs of dolcelatte, or another blue cheese such as bay blue which are slightly milder than your gorgonzolas or stiltons. the dolcelatte works particularly well because it has a very good melting quality 🙌🏽.
First time making a breakfast taco, definitely won’t be my last! next time, bacon is a must. 👅🥓 have a great saturday! // @sietefoods tortilla warmed up in the oven & topped with half an avocado, @vitalfarms runny egg, dill, & hot sauce. #amandafitlife
Woke up this morning, knew i wanted some toast, got some berries and an egg out of the fridge to make a classic sweet and savory combo. then i realized i really wasn’t feelin’ the savory, so i put the egg back, made two sweet pieces, and that was that.
my point is that i eat intuitively, meaning i eat what i crave and make sure i’m getting a good balance of carbs, fats, and protein every day. this morning i wanted something sweet, so that’s what i ate.
a lot of people have been asking if i track exactly what i eat in a day or count calories, and the answer is no. my body (like most of yours) does a really good job at telling me what i need to feed it, and i always honor that. #whatsonmyplate is two pieces of toasted artisan bread from @naturepromise with @fixandfogg honey peanut butter (use code byames20 for 20% off their nut butters) + @coconutcollab coconut yogurt + blueberries + frozen raspberries + peach + h**p seeds + coconut flakes + a @woodstockfoods cashew buttah drizz
hope you’re all having a wonderful saturday!

To the uninitiated, worcestershire sauce is great and regardless of your current/previous conceptions you will like these. @tyrrellscrispsau are the whole package, we got skins on, wavy slices, hand-freaking-cooked. even the d**n foil packet feels fancy. smashed these crisps faster than it takes for you to figure out how to pronounce worcestershire (spoiler: you're saying it wrong).⠀
