Sushi sandwich “onigirazu” to go!
i have been recently obsessed with making sushi burritos and sandwiches for lunch as they are a perfect meal to go. you can wrap it up in a paper and pack in your lunch box with some crackers or chips. i used left over black rice, teriyaki tofu i made the night before, fresh avocado, spinach and purple cabbage. super fresh and super yummy with perfect amount of carbs and veggies. hope you guys are having a fantastic day! 💜

speaking of rolling things up, is smoking w**d a big thing where you live? in sweden it is really not accepted and many people look upon g***a smoking as a really bad thing. instead people drink aloot here, no matter the day or occasion!! 🍻
This was my last food haul taken before my little angel was born! i actually ate the spaghetti squash the night i went into labor. i'd love to share his birth story with you when find some time! he is 7 days old today! i cannot believe how fast time has gone by already. we do so much skin to skin imprinting, i am totally obsessed with him. i’ve been waiting for moments like these with my baby and i am just filled with so much love and gratitude to finally be able to hold him in my arms. there is seriously nothing like holding your baby after dreaming about what it would feel like when carrying them around in your belly! aubrey is a great sleeper! so much so, it's hard to sometimes wake him up at night to breastfeed because he's in deep sleep but last night he did awesome and woke himself up with his sweet baby coos every two hours for nursing. i've been taking naps as best i can when he naps. i am definitely a bit sleep deprived but he's worth all the lack of sleep a million times over. i would sacrifice anything for his health, care and protection!

🇦🇺 funny story for you. i was craving waffles in the weekend so i cooked my chickpea flour waffles (you can find the recipe under the hashtag #hldwaffles ). however, i was in the mood for blue food so i added 1 tsp of @just_blends blue spirulina into the mix. for my big surprise, the waffles turned out to be green. i know right? so weird. not really, though... after i thought about it for a bit i realised that i mixed chickpea flour (which is yellow) and blue spirulina - combining the two colors and it turns out green. took me a while to figure it out and i had a good chuckle about it!⠀
toppings: fried egg, pesto with greek yogurt, pomegranate jewels, and an avocado flower.

🇧🇷 história engraçada pra vocês. eu estava desejando waffles no fim de semana então preparei a minha receita de waffle de farinha de grão de bico (você encontra a receita na hashtag #hldwaffles ). mas eu tava afim de comer algo azul então adicionei 1 cc de spirulina azul para a misture. para a minha surpresa, os waffles ficaram verdes em vez de azul. não entendi nada. estranho né? na verdade não... depois de pensar um pouco sobre o que aconteceu realizei que misturei a farinha de grão de bico (que é amarela) com a spirulina azul - que combinando as duas cores dá verde. demorei um pouco pra me ligar disso e ri muito da minha cara quando percebi o que havia feito!⠀

Had a bit of a rough trot mentally yesterday (hence no post) but forced myself to not partake in my usual method of self isolating and falling deeper into my negative spiral i went out with @_.maddie._06 and we went and treated ourselves to a pedicure and a chat. i’m so glad i didn’t fall into my self isolating habits and cancel as i had an amazing time catching up with a friend and it actually helped to boost my mood a bit (plus now my feet are all soft and pretty!)
today i went op shopping with mum and had a really good time and got some great bargains. i love how op shopping whilst being beneficial to me through being inexpensive and exciting is also beneficial to the environment as it isn’t encouraging mass production of goods and allows items that would otherwise be thrown away to be reused. do you enjoy op shopping?
