Health goals & tips //
i’m a big fan of adding things that are healthy to your life versus focusing on taking things away because i find a person eventually doesn’t want more of the bad stuff after adding the good. .
check out these top tips:
•eat 0-1 starchy (gluten-free) meal per day. •have natural drinks with zero to low calories. water, tea, coffee, occasional sparkling water add 🍋🥒 •eat 3 or more cups of veggies per day
•stray from emotional eating, when you’re stressed, instead exercise. •consume healthy snacks veggies, fruit or nuts. •treat yourself in moderation
•dance more often while you do chores, cooking, cleaning, working etc. move more! 💃🏽🕺
enjoy, happy monday!
Used this beautiful head of cabbage, grown locally by @knifeandforkfarms, to make some delicious (vegan) coleslaw that i will absolutely be enjoying every day this week. so grateful to be able to enjoy such delicious, plant-based foods. i know i’m always saying that, but it’s true! also, let’s all take a few today to admire and be thankful for the bits of beauty in our lives. whether that’s as simple as a head of cabbage, the clothes on your back, or the friend you get to do life with. what’re you thankful for?
