When you have to find your 10 rm back squat...to me it's more mental than anything. i have a tendency to quit at the 8th rep because my mind would tell me i couldn't do it anymore. but today, i told myself i would push through, especially when i'm doing it with @a_keh247. we always push each other to go beyond. i managed to do it at 70 kg (yay!) despite seeing stars and feeling out of breath after the 5th rep. i guess it didn't help that i did 10 reps at 50 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg and 65 kg before this. but i'm happy with this. that scream at the end though....🤣

after achieved good results with classic bar dips this is the first of many difficult progressions.
after achieved 5x5 with this next progression will be single bar dip with overgrip.
after that the most difficult progressions like korean dips and russian dips.

Woke up to blue sky’s instead of the expected rainy morning. i couldn’t help but jump in for a swim when i got back from my 4 miles and it was high tide!! here’s to lots of relaxing and taking in some rays for the rest of the day 😎☀️
