Good for you mini pb cups! just in time for halloweeen! 🎃🍂🖤 •
there is absolutely nothing wrong with indulging in your fave candy, but when you start to reach for it twice a day... no bueno! this good for you version of reese’s pb cups is only a few ingredients, free of excess refined sugar, and no icky preservatives. 🍫 •
melt unsweetened or semi sweet dark chocolate (i use @enjoylifefoods because it’s dairy free) with a tbs of coconut oil and pour into mini candy molds until about 1/2 full. i ordered mine from amazon btw! mix some organic peanut butter with 1 tbs coconut flour and coconut sugar (or maple syrup) and spoon into each mold. top it off with the rest of your chocolate and some sliced almonds and pop in the freezer. that’s it! ✨
After seeing @healthfulradiance post about @thebigmansworld sweet potato brownies, i thought i’d give them a try....and holy molyyy they did not disappoint. she wasn’t joking when she said that they’re addictive! these brownies are suuuper fudgey and chocolatey, and not to mention, they only require four ingredients 🤯 they’re also vegan and paleo, as well as oil, refined sugar, and gluten-free——so wholesome and good-for-you ingredients only!!!!!
i went ahead and made a few minor adjustments, and they turned out perfectly: i doubled the recipe, subbed peanut butter in for almond & cashew butter, and used about a 1/2 cup of coconut sugar instead of maple syrup. i also took @healthfulradiance suggestion and melted down about 3/4 cup of @enjoylifefoods semi-sweet mini chocolate chips + a splash of almond milk, to make a frosting of sorts, and poured the mixture over the brownies once they were out of the oven and had cooled. then i just popped the baking dish into the freezer for about an hour to allow the chocolate to harden, and das it!! super easy and quick and will make all of your vegan brownie dreams come true 🤩
