Did you know, too much sleep can destroy productivity? 📉
according to #entrepreneur new research published by the american journal of health has shown that employees who get 10 or more hours of sleep lose on average 2.2 times more #productivity than those who sleep for 8 hours. these long sleepers are also more likely than their 8 hour counterparts to be absent from #work due to illness 😷
be aware though, that 5 hours or less per night will also result in productivity loss and more absent days.
is 6 hours of sleep enough then? it appears so 👍 but what do you think? are you a 6 hour advocate or is 8 a necessity?
