fantasy stories never quite get the same billing as some genres in episode i myself must admit that i read very little so when this one came up for me to review i must admit i dreaded it i am not the biggest fan of vampire stories. i am not too proud to say i was wrong.
this story grabbed me from the very opening scene in chapter one dramatic and engaging i was hooked.
you are an orphan living with your grandmother after your parents death then one day you follow her into a secret passageway hidden by a bookcase and it leads you into a secret world of vampires, where you suddenly learn you are one. -
there is nothing to critique with this story sound is excellent used in such a way as it builds suspense in all the right places, choices are well thought out by the writer the ones you choose really matter through the story so choose wisely, spot direction is magnificent and utterly flawless, grammar and spelling is likewise flawlesss. i guess for some the lack of customisation and character name will be a draw back but for me this doesn't matter and the chapters are just the perfect length to enjoy. -
what i love the most is the writer has an easy way of creating witty dialogue that really made me laugh so much, the mc raveena is perfectly created and superbly crafted from early on in chapter one i adored her, the appearance of jake only highlighted her sarcastic nature their chemistry was off the scale. -
if you haven't figured it out i freaking loved this story, every single word i adored this story deserves way more reads than it has and to be honest the fact it doesn't have more at this point is a crime it truly is an undiscovered gem. you should read it you will not regret it for even a second. 🥝🥝🥝🥝🥝
