Throwback, photoshoot when almost 6months pregnant💗 just wanna say things that really seem important to me. i heard so many times, people (i mean not the close ones) like "omg you just had a baby, this is great, this is fine, your body is fine"...yep. "yeah that's good you've done it well, you're still good" ,"oh yes you're almost back on the tracks". "oh that's good you made it in the right way" 😖
all right. let me tell you:
of course i'm fine. i just had a baby. i had the beautiful chance to give birth "like a viking". i had no injuries. (except a long fever months later due to so much tiredness). i had the chance to enjoy breastfeeding (and still am despite her 5 teeth but that's another issue). but it would have been the same if i'wld have had c-section, not breastfed or whatever! so intimate, personal and respectable,don't you think? i started to work again, play again, sport, yoga again. but hey! can we just stop putting so much pressure on women?? women should do this and that, be everything in the same time because otherwise they're not worthy? are you kidding? this time(it's my 2nd child, 11 years later), i put on 12 kg instead of 8, because i'm not 20 maybe, or because i weighted less. i lost 9 and then nothing and i'm fine. yes i have huge b***s and yes i take time, because i breastfeed, and this time it requires softness.(last time i lost 7kg so fast and went so weak!). that's the way it is. and what interests me in sport is to feel strong, babe. fed up with the obsessional races to perfect false timings and everything.
ladies, women, girls, mums, beauties, everything in its own time. be proud of yourselves, love yourselves, embrace your blessings hopes and dreams, walk towards your fulfillments, you are unique and that's also what makes you beautiful.
