Early morning run to the gym in the light of the headlamp 😎 off at a quarter to 5, and run for an hour in order to do some handstand and movement training in the gym before work. i enjoy these silent runs in the dark, where the mind roams free.
today was the first time in about 6 months, where i felt back in great shape, being able to run effortlessly. it's been a struggle since @julsoeultra in april, mostly due to an ankle injury acquired during my kettlebell training. the injury is now mostly gone and it's in great timing with @kullamannen_trail in a few weeks time.
i now actually start looking forward to running that race, believing i will run more than walk 😜
Had the pleasure of working on @ethans_journey_2012 today 💪🏽
today we worked on some scapula issues, elbow, and shoulder pain as well as helping him get rid of his migraines due to tight traps 👨🏽🏫
like i said i’m here to help, anyone struggling with pain on a daily basis just know there is a solution and a reason for your pain 🤷🏽♂️
