#tbt i was weighing about 172-174ish here

definitely was feeling like shit, you could see it in my face πŸ˜…, but i was able to accomplish a pretty decent cut from an ugly dirty bulk of 190lbs on my own.
.
i'm currently much more educated about my diet and nutrition and have bulked back up to 190lbs on a much leaner frame over the past 8 months or so through reverse dieting. .
the goal this time is to continue bulking for a few more months and then plan to cut for next summer. .
i'm not entirely sure if i want to get even leaner this time round or just go through another minicut (body recomposition).
