...as promised, here they are! my espresso mocha f*t bombs, aren't they cute! the recipe says to freeze 4 hours, but i have better luck with freezing overnight, then they just pop out of the silicone mold, that i got at hobby lobby btw. i added vanilla extract and lillys chocolate chips per my friend laurie who loves them in everything, lol.

So i unfortunately did not get a sweaty after picture but i did do a quick almost 1 mile run in my new shoes 😉❤️ tryna prove to my guy it wasn’t a waste of money 😂😂😂 i was supposed to get a gym membership today.... maybe tomorrow lol
So... i decided to jump on the keto bandwagon... one week in and i can already say that apart from the food being ‘amazzzzing’, i’ve already seen some improvements... weight already starting to go down and energy already starting to go up! yay!
but that sweet-tooth of mine still hits at the craziest times, and there’s no avoiding it! so, today i made these salty, chocolate, peanut butter #ketofatbombs to get me through ... and omg! heaven!! 🤤
