Day 5 of the #feetupchallenge is arm balances. they aren’t necessary in your yoga practice, but they are tons of fun and help build strength. finding your balance on the #feetuptrainer is a little more difficult than i imagined, but after nearly falling on my face a few times i got it! -

i thought i was just having a hard time getting up early, still recuperating from the big run last weekend. then i thought pregnancy must be finally getting to me. turns out, i’ve just been getting sick! 🤢 you can find me here tonight. maybe all day tomorrow. 😷 here’s to taking the rest when your body demands it.
