Yesterday the nfff training academy held the drywite ltd young fish frier of the year best practice day for former entrants eligible to this year’s award.
head judge mark drummond alongside david miller from uk number 1 fish and chip shop @millershaxby and pete calvert the current drywite young fish frier of the year from mister c's past on experience and knowledge to the entrants wishing to enter the award.
if you have a young fish frier who is looking to enter this year’s award the drywite young fish frier of the year competition ‘introduction day’ is being held on wednesday 4th april 2018 at the nfff training academy.
this day is free of charge and is designed for anyone who has never entered the competition before but is interested in applying.
it gives an insight into the history of the competition, what is involved, and the details of each round of the competition.
