from the 1st of may i will be introducing my 12 rounds boxing camp.
the camp will be boxing based, and aimed for people looking to get in great shape for whatever reason, whether you want that beach body, improve fitness or simply want to change your training regime. you will be learning the skills of the sweet science and using the most up to date methods of conditioning that today's champions use in their training camps.
it consists of a 3 month training split, focusing on strength, endurance, speed, agility, balance and coordination, everything you need to become fighting fit.
it is well documented the mental and physical health benefits boxing training can have and it is rare that you see a boxer that is not in great physical shape, and this is your chance to train like the champions and experience camp life.

the camp also includes:
* a tailored nutrition guide based on your macros so you can still enjoy the foods and drinks you love. * advice on food preparation * regular body f*t percentage readings * strength, speed, agility, power and endurance assessments at the beginning and end of camp * 1 or more personal training sessions * training programme to do on your own when your not doing your 121s. * on completion of the camp you will be awarded with your very own customised championship belt.
