aside from being highly versatile, i have never loved a protein powder more than i do @corenutritionals , the entire brand and product line has completely changed my opinion on supplements. so much so i jumped at the chance to become an ambassador — i’m that seriously passionate about it. this is the only whey protein i have found that does not bother my digestion, does not make me bloat and actually tastes amazing too. read your labels peeps because you will not find a more pure, true-to-its-ingredients option.

How vegan meals should look like 🌱🥦🥗🔝 así tienen que ser tus platos si no consumes proteína de origen animal: mucho verde, legumbres, semillas, otros vegetales de diferentes colores y grasas (en este caso de las olivas, el aove y las semillas). no necesitas ninguno de esos productos procesados que diseña la industria alimentaria para “sustituir” la carne: seitán, hamburguesas/croquetas/salchichas de seitán/tofu...... están bien para consumo puntual pero muchos veganos y vegetarianos comen estos productos a diario y no es recomendable porque carecen de vitaminas y minerales y suelen llevar aceite de girasol 🌻, exceso de sal y, en algunos casos, azúcar.
he tardado 5 min en preparar este plato (los garbanzos los tenía cocidos de hace dos días): brócoli hervido durante 3-4’, tiempo que dedico a lavar y cortar los alimentos crudos. me gusta combinar diferentes texturas en un mismo plato para obligarme a masticar más! si eres de l@s que engulle tal vez pueda funcionarte esta estrategia 🤗😘

Apple cinnamon oatmeal protein pancakes: 1 apple (this is a honey crisp) sliced, sprinkle with cinnamon and dab with ghee or coconut oil. microwave for 2 mins, toss around at 1 min. pancake: mix together 2 egg whites and 1 package low sugar oatmeal. use ghee or coconut oil in a pan, cook covered on medium and turn, couple mins each side. top with apples, and add more cinnamon. soooooo darn good to power your workout and perfect for fall weather!! recipe inspired of course from the lovely @bodybybjfitness 😘

i thought i'd round out the week with-yet again- a pumpkin recipe. i was going to hold off on posting this but the recipe was highly sought after so here it is! 🎃

overnight oats are perfect for busy mornings. you simply layer everything in a mason jar, store it in the fridge overnight and grab it (& a spoon) on your way out the door!! 🍂🍁💨

layer 1️⃣: 1/2 cup (40 g) oats// 1/2 cup unsweetened original almond milk// 1/2 tsp vanilla// 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (which is just cinnamon/nutmeg/cloves/ginger/allspice so any combo of those would work too) *mix*🥄🥄 layer 2️⃣: yogurt (i went with @siggisdairy vanilla&cinnamon for this one)
layer 3️⃣: pumpkin, 1/3 cup. or more. or less. depending on your love of pumpkin!
layer 4️⃣: your fav nutbutter. i did @smuckersbrand peanutbutter & sprinkled more pumpkin pie seasoning on top!

note: you could drizzle some maple syrup at the end or mix the yogurt in with the oats or serve it warm (i think i'll try this next). make it your own and let me know how you mixed it up!!
