Running low on your grocery stock and need help putting something tasty together? 🤓you can make an improv soup like a piece of cake. 👌

i never really follow recipes to the t. what i like to do instead is come up with strategies that make it super easy and simple to improv while getting a healthy and delicious meal without spending hours and hours in the kitchen. 👩‍🔬 for soups, i break it down into 3 main steps 👉 base, condiments, and main ingredients. 👂

as a rule of thumb, your base is almost always an onion-garlic combination. stir-fry until golden and fragrant, and you’re ready for step two, which is adding the condiments. ✍

pinch here and there of spices and herbs can do no wrong. if you want to make your life extra easy, just buy a ready spice mix, and you won’t even need to think about it. 😔

lastly, add any veggies you like and cover with veg stalk or water, bring to a boil and simmer until done. here  you can also add grains or legumes to make the soup more hearty. 🤤
that’s it, take off heat and add salt to taste, squeeze of lemon juice and freshly cut herbs, like cilantro and green onion. 🧚‍♀️ boom. 😎

diese fluffigen dinger schmecken mir persönlich viel besser als die traditionelle variante mit ei und milch.⠀

hier das rezept dazu:⠀

- 1/2 cup vollkornmehl
- 1/2 cup weizenmehl
- 1 cup mandelmilch
- 1 päckchen backpulver
- 1el kokosöl
- 1el stevia
⠀
die mandelmilch lässt sich auch durch cashew- oder hafermilch ersetzen. wer nicht immer stevia im haus hat, kann diesen auch dich herkömmlichen zucker ersetzen, oder ihn auch ganz weg lassen. die pancakes sind ohnehin nicht sehr süß, deswegen esse ich sie am liebsten mit ahornsirup :) habt ein schönes, sonniges wochenende ☀️☀️☀️⠀
