🙋🏻♂️hey everyone i hope you had a great day! here is a workout i put together so you could save for your lists. i’m trying out a 6 exercise post to see if it works for you. let me know what you think. i’ve only done 4 and 5’s. you can do this one at home or the gym. the box is optional, but make sure to grab your kettlebell.
🕹you will do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest between. you will do 5 total rounds. try to keep the workout under 30 minutes. work your way from left to right through the workout. the lunges you will do each leg for 30 seconds on each side.
1. elevated plank shoulder tap push-up
2. kb curl, press, extension
3. kb hand 2 hand sumo dead lift
4. box jumps
5. kb squat thrusters
6. kb static lunge right
7. kb static lunge left
