I 🖤 cable pull throughs. this exercise is unique in that it works your glutes in the horizontal plane. it will strengthen and build glutes fast.
set the pulley low on the cable machine. with rope in hands, hinge at the hips (keep back flat and chest up). once you reach the bottom, push through with your hips & return to standing position. *squeeze glutes tight at top of movement. #happyhumpday

So i have had so many questions after i posted on my insta story about what is the difference in level 1 and phormula 1 protein, so i figured it would be easier to make a post. ——————
level 1 this protein is a low temp micro-filtrated whey protein isolate (meal replacement protein) it has a slow digestion rate mimicking a whole food with 24gram protein, 2g sugar and only 5g carbs, my favorite part is all the flavors are so good its like a sweet treat instead of s meal. you can bake with this protein, make ice cream, smoothies... oh so much you can do with level 1. this is my nightly snack usually i make ice cream or a smoothie mixed with frozen fruit. —————————— phormula 1-post workout protein. low temp proccessed, hydrolized isolate protein, it is a rapid assimilating protein for the fastest recovery post workout, the only time a supplement is better than a whole food, whole foods cannot digest fast enough to repair our muscles after training. 20g protein 3g carbs 1g f*t 1g sugar (changes a tiny bit w diff flavors)

i was really inspired to start this podcast by listening to mind pump which is my favorite podcast 🙌🏻. love listening to them talk and there knowledge is incredible 👌🏻.
