There's a lot of stipulation on what you should, and shouldn't eat while pregnant. my opinion on the subject is the same as mine on how to feed your child... #fedisbest . yes there's things you should try to avoid as it could possibly harm your baby, but no one should be constantly questioning everything they eat. although what you eat while pregnant will influence your child in many ways (ie. they're more likely to like certain foods if that's what you ate while pregnant with them, and you both can have a longer/happier if you eat nutritious foods) but i'm 7 months pregnant and if i want a big mac.. im eating a f**king big mac. 😍
there's one thing i always think of when i eat something. i believe theres a karma system with what you eat. if you eat well (which does sometimes mean having that big mac), your body will thank you by performing at it's best. if you have poor eating habits, then your body will punish you.
I've got a bulk to continue for about 4 more weeks before starting a good cut, if i get impatient it may end up a 2-3 more week bulk instead but it depends really. just trying to fix certain weakpoints before summer comes even though i stay covered up outdoors and have never been to the beach. 😞
this fitness stuff is my other recreational activity besides drawing.
