Taken from our facebook page. link in bio 👆🏻. to see or feel positive changes in our bodies we need to push ourselves further than we currently do. pushing ourselves comes in many different forms. now that could be to get up earlier, don’t have a cupboard full snacks, go to bed earlier, log our food, take a class, join a gym, find a accountabilabuddy etc. something that takes us away from the easy route.
excuses are easy. but excuses don’t burn calories, get us fitter, build our muscles or get us stronger.
whatever your goal is you have to accept that it isn’t going to be easy at times. sometimes you’ll be hungry. sometimes you’ll be sore. sometimes you’ll be tired. but you have to push through these things to see the changes you desire.
