Had an amazing leg day session late last night, which was surprising cause i usually always feel like i get in better workouts in the mornings when i’m feeling more productive idk.. 🀷🏼‍♀️ for the first time in a long time, i had no issues with my knees bothering me! so i was able to squat a lot heavier than usual, which was pretty exciting for me.. yay for new prs! i know i’m usually focused on aesthetics, but strength gains are always nice too πŸ™†πŸΌ‍♀️ focused mainly on heavy, compound lifts, but like always, threw in some isolation exercises completed till failure at the very end for fun too! — #legs #quads #lats #lean #muscle #strong #figure #npc #physique #fitgirl #fitness #fit #fitnessmotivation #gym #fitfam #gymshark #girlswholiftweights #gains #fitnessgirl #bodybuilding #flexing #girlswholift #npcfigure #competitor #legday #nanbf

Training session two also turned into deadlift session two. just for some more volume work. hit 410 paused deadlifts for 2x3(50 pound bar) and rdls for 2x4 felt nice to hit the paused deadlifts raw. finally growing comfortable with them, and i’ve missed rdls dearly. very happy 405 and 455 felt like they did. still pretty heavy but tolerable. might try to bring back heavier rdls. haven’t decided yet.
