bei mir steht der ganz normale wahnsinn auf der tagesordnung: arbeiten, zuhause weiterbilden in meinem neuen bereich, mealprep- und das training, freunde, family etc. dürfen natürlich auch nicht zu kurz kommen..😁 24 stunden sind einfach zu wenig!🙈
aaaaaber ich habe mir fest vorgenommen, alles etwas besser zu organisieren, sodass nichts zu kurz kommt- auch instagram nicht. es gibt also jetzt wieder etwas mehr von mir hier!🤗

having done 4 shows before that prep i learned a lot about my body along with @omarv33 wherein we both took notes and made some changes to bring out my best ever package. will always be grateful to him for teaching me a lot of what i know now.

but next time you see a transformation like this from me, expect a minimum of 10 lbs of muscle added. taking it nice and slow for now. 💯

Final year struggles 😬 •

it can sometimes feel like you have so much on your plate that you don’t know where to start! •

i get quite stressed/worried when i have a lot to do, which has not been easy being in my final year of university. i’m trying to get a 2.1/1st, get onto a big graduate scheme and still see friends/family/go out/exercise. to balance all of that effectively is exhausting, as i’ve found out 😂 •

it’s important to remember that there are only so many hours in the day, if you don’t get something done on the day you wanted to, there’s always tomorrow. plan in advance and don’t give yourself too much to do at one time. also try not to do anything work related for an hour before you sleep, otherwise your mind will be preoccupied. •

i can’t wait for a good nights sleep 👵🏼 before an early gym session with @0kea tomorrow ✨ •
