if you’re working out hard, giving it 100 percent into every workout every single day, don’t forget that it’s not always possible to perform on your highest level due to different reasons.
therefore i’d recommend you adapting your training routine to your daily circumstances such as enough rest, stress, emotions, fatigue, small injuries etc.
our body isn’t a machine, it’s a adaptive dynamic system and the law of causality (action-reaction) causes its effects but we don’t always see it at the first moment.
we have to learn to listen and feel our body even tho that we are in our every day’s duties and maybe distracted by stress etc.
your body tells you exactly what’s happening and if it’s able to perform on highest intensity or if you should go down with it and have a light training/recovery session.
