showing off my good side! 😝 although my right shoulder is the one injured, it is also my most flexible one. that’s why i can reach all the way to my ankle. my left side is another story 😅 you can kinda see my left shoulder flying in the back and i wasn’t grabbing my ankle but came fairly close. with some help i can grab both ankles but by myself, this is as far as i go.
