japanese comfort foods like this #kabutomazesoba@kabutomazesoba indeed one of my weakness of all the food, especially when it comes with perfectly cooked poached egg 🍳 and foie gras on top. 😍 the egg creates the silkiest sauce to coat the noodles, & the original sauce just makes me want to keep eating. best of all, the sliced australian beef was so juicy with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. oh, i'm in ❤️ with this soba!
tips: opt-in for tasty noodles, and original sauce, then mix them before you eat the soba 👍🏻
The pile of perfect fries was the best pairing to the pile of shaved italian truffles which gently hugged a lobe (yes, i said "lobe") of beautifully seared foie gras which rested softly on a hunk of ground beef, all hugged by a brioche bun. as scandalously divine as it sounds, and so glad i got to share it all with @estarla while we reminisced about being food bloggers back before twitter was a thing and blogspot was the jam. #foodporn#oldschoolbloggers#oldschoollafoodwriters#oldschooliscool#lepetitparis#foiegras
