Vanilla bean ice cream pop coated in dark chocolate 🤤
🎗: chocolate is what they’re known for at patagonia, and on this front they don’t disappoint! the dark chocolate coating was not only the perfect level of bittersweet, it was also super thick. and by thick, i mean the amount of coating, not the consistency— though the chocolate is very rich and by no means “thin” lol the chocolate is 80% of the taste in this pop, while the ice cream contributes temperature and textural variety.
🚫: the vanilla bean ice cream didn’t make me want to jump up and down. not a huge amount of vanilla flavor, at least not when up against that chocolate.
i’ve eaten the double chocolate cheesecake, chocolate coffee truffle, a couple flavors of ice cream, and even a juice at patagonia, and all were delicious. tbh the vanilla ice cream in the pop was the thing i liked the least. but chocolate is the reason you come here. it’s to die for!
have you been to patagonia chocolate in new zealand?

Crispy af pork belly!! 🐽
📍: walter peak farms via @realjourneys 🖤
bruh— we went on an adventure yesterday that started with a 1912 steamboat ride and ended with the most epic bbq of all time at walter peak farms! legit everything was amazing, but a few things stuck out. like this pork belly! you could hear me bite into the skin from a few feet away, no joke! best pork belly i’ve ever had! why people don’t usually keep the skin on their belly i’ll never know bc i could literally eat an entire bag of just the skins.
i would highly recommend this steamboat ride + sheep farm tour + epic bbq to anyone who plans to visit queenstown!
tag a pork lover!! 👇🏻🐽👇🏻

Still trying to keep it simple with a monochrome color palette and sticking to the rule of thirds. what do you think does it work?
Trying to make spring hurry up with these delicious spring rolls😍😁 nature, u listening?
i used to be so intimidated by spring rolls and sushi and everything which seemed to require loads of food preparing skills, but after watching a few youtube tutorials and practicing a couple times i can say i got pretty good at it😎
so if you’re hesitating to make spring rolls or sushi just go and try it! it’s much easier than i thought☺️
these were filled with rice noodles, spinach, edamame beans, steamed beetroot and sweet potato! dipped them in pb2 because peanut butter makes an amazing dip👅

Pumped for two really exciting reasons 1. @krispykreme is finally open in sf (helloooooo original glazed doughnuts!) and 2. they're launching a new glaze flavor!!! and you can put in your vote to decide which it is: maple, lemon, blueberry, or caramel (clearly i'm team blueberry). watch my stories to vote! #voteforglaze#sponsored

🥗 italian kale salad 🥗
kale is something i dont eat raw quite as often as i should because i cant stand the tough texture and bitter taste. i learned a trick where you marinate the kale is olive oil and champagne vinegar prior to tossing in the salad. this salad has crispy prosciutto , salami , garbanzo beans, provolone cheese, and kalamata olives.
the salad mix is romaine lettuce, kale and brussel sprouts. i make a a creamy champagne vinaigrette to coat. yum!!
I can't believe my littlest is going to be one in a few days! ☝️ the year has flown by, and yet the days can be long, as they say. this picture is what my homemade cake is 'suppose' to look like. but my pinterest baking skills are about a 2 out of 10 so i don't have high hopes 😂 heading out to get the ingredients and study the baking steps well. my oldest didn't eat or "smash" his cake on his first birthday. he just wasn't interested. both my boys favorite food is blueberries so i can guarantee those will be a hit. is anyone else a much better cook than baker? there is too much precision needed in baking for me. #firstbirthday#birthdaycake#cakegoals
