Fluffy spelt pancakes♥️ i think this literally might be the first time i remembered to post pancakes on sunday🙈😅 #pancakesunday
for 8-10 pancakes
2 + 1/4 cup sifted spelt flour
(or sub with whole purpose)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 + 3/4 cup oat milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut sugar
place all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix wet ones separately and add to dry ingredients. mix gently until just incorporated. a few lumps is fine😉 if the batter seems too runny, let it sit a bit to thicken. cook on a low to medium flame in a pan greased with coconut oil.
serve with chocolate sauce (recipe a few posts back) and fresh berries. also peanut butter is great as addition to these (i discovered it just today..😁😬

1 paket kuru maya
6 su bardağı un
arası için beyaz peynir
hamuru için su,süt şeker ve mayayı karıştırıp 5 dk bekleyelim. sıvıyağ,yumurtanın beyazı,tuz ve ununu azar azar ilave edip kulak memesi yumuşaklığında bir hamur yapın yoğurma kabına alın iyice kabarana kadar dinlendirin.
hamurumu yumurtadan büyük bezeler yapın,bezeleri yuvarlak şekilde açın arasına beyaz peynir yerleştirip top gibi şekil verin, yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırın tepsisine aralıklı olarak yerleştirin üzerine temiz bir bez örtüp 25- 45 dakika kadar dinlendirin.
dinlenmiş olan poğaçalara yumurtanın sarısını sürün önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 25 dk pişirin🥰

오리 불고기와 오리 훈제 쌈정식을 내는 여주의 식당으로 출장 촬영을 다녀왔습니다. 20년 이상 영업을 이어온 오리 고기 전문점이었어요. 이름이 부부농장 가든이어서 사장님 내외분이 농장과 함께 운영하시는 식당인가 짐작이 됐습니다. 여쭤보니 예전에는 직접 키운 오리를 사용했지만 지금은 전문 농장에서 온 신선한 국내산 오리를 사용한다고 하셨어요. 간장 오리 불고기는 간장, 양파, 마늘, 생강 등 기본에 충실한 식재료를 이용해 자극적이지 않고 건강하게 만든 양념에 재운다고 합니다. 아이들이 뛰어놀 수 있는 넓은 잔디밭도 있고 넓은 주차장과 120명 이상 수용 가능한 별관도 있었어요. 본관까지 합하면 200명 단체손님도 수용 가능하다고 하네요. 숲으로 둘러쌓여 공기도 맑고 여주의 주요 관광지도 가까워서 나들이를 하고 식사하기 좋은 곳이었습니다. 주로 산 속에 있는 옛 사찰들과 달리 강변에 자리해서 풍경이 유명한 신륵사도 차로 5분거리로 가까웠어요. 덕분에 오랜만에 신륵사도 보고 기분 좋게 다녀온 촬영이었습니다.

Homemade red thai beef curry with quinoa
-so fattening, yet so emotionally satisfying. if i were to do things over again, i would be a personal chef. no way i would do the whole slave-driven restaurant route since my personality does not go well with that, but i would totally do private cooking. (maybe i should offer this service? whaddya think?) i love the creativity, the colors, the use of unknown ingredients to experience new flavors.

Chicken floss bagel 🥯✨
this is how i get my energy in the morning for new weeeday. in monday, there is no better breakfast option than chicken floss bagel with crab celery salad and sunny egg. you don’t need tons of ingredients either. this one is made with 4 ingredients only and most of them are staple ingredients i always have in my kitchen, like salad and egg. the nutty flavour of roasted sumatra @mystarbucks americano put a huge smile on my face.

recipe for crab celery salad
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp celery chopped
4 tbsp imitation crab meat cut into slices
1 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
what to do?
1. mix all ingredients to large bowl and stir gently to fully combine.
2. serve immediately or keep in fridge for 2 days

1/2 pcs of red/yellow bell pepper sliced
1 tbsp - 2 tbsp of sesame dressing (*any light dressing is good)

In the mood for creativity: cooking. hi there! what's cooking in your kitchen this evening? soup is what's for dinner 'red beef pozole!' have a great evening!
red beef pozole
2 1/2 pounds beef short ribs or beef hind shanks
1 medium onion quartered
1 whole head of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 carrot sliced
1 stalk of celery sliced
1 serrano sliced open
handful of cilantro
salt to taste
6 chile guajillo stems and seeds removed
1 tablespoon of mexican oregano
4 cups maiz pozolero hominy
garnish: limes, red cabbage, onions, cilantro. tortillas
I don't know about y'all, but i love mexican food! tonight for dinner i made queso tacos de birria with the meat juice on the side!! these are a family favorite! i love learning and making my husbands childhood favorites! lots of practise to perfect my recipe, but for a white girl, i'm happy! 😊
today i just felt like being in the kitchen and even made some yummy chocolate brownies with chocolate icing from scratch! i'll be sure to get a good picture for y'all! and maybe i'll spill the recipe 😉
A super easy recipe for spicy chicken roast 🌷 we often have it on our picnics or even at home 🌼
2) lemon (2)
3) tikka masla (3 tbsp)
4) yogurt (3tbsp)
5) potato (1)
6) salt ( 1 pckt)
7) garlic ( 2)
wash chicken well and mark cuts on it for good marination. marinate chicken using yougurt , lemons , tikka masala and ginger garlic paste for 3-4 hours. preferable is over night . take a kettle. add a full pckt of salt at its base. it prevents chicken from direct heat and saves kettle from burning . cut potatoes in round and place them at the base of kettle . place marinated chicken along with 2 garlics on potatoes. air tight your kettle . i did it using flour. lower its flame and leave it for 2 hours. its ready !! dive in 😋❤

Red currant new york cheesecake 🤗
..mixed with homemade red currant sauce and baked. so pour plenty of sauce from the top ！sweet and sour, fresh and wonderful smell! the base is crispy crumb with ground almonds and cinnamon. the recipe is below 👇🏼
🅱️ 200gphiladelphia cream cheese
230g greek yogurt or ＊strained yogurt
50cc fresh cream
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp gooseberry sauce
＊just put the yogurt in the paper coffee filter and wait a day！you need about 800g of yogurt here. show photo in highlight🤗
☆ red currant sauce
add 70% sugar to the gooseberries, boil in a pan until soft, and strain with a strainer.

New york cheesecake summer version! it is rich and creamy but has a refreshing taste😊 just melts in your mouth‼︎ passion fruit sauce is one of the options, but it is phenomenal and highly recommended〜🥰recipe👇🏼
3. put 🅱️in a bowl in order and mix well until fully combined each time .
4.pour the filling into the tin with the crumbs base then bake for 25minutes in a 150℃ preheated oven. leave it in the oven for 1 hour. refrigerate for 4hours.
5.passion fruit is strained with a tea strainer and half of it is mixed with sugar and cornstarch in a microwave for 30 seconds. add the rest of the juice and mix until well to make a sauce. put sauce and fresh passion fruit on top of the cake.

i am hooked on homemade bagels💖they are chewy, soft and tasty🤗moreover, they can make my favorite taste. today's bagels are lovely cinnamon flavor and are perfect for r*m raisin white cheese💓
just can't go back to store-bought！recipe👇🏼
300g bread flour・2tsp instant dry yeast ・20g sugar・1/2tsp salt ・180cc warm (about 40°c) water ・80cc honey 🍯 or ※homemade pancake syrup
1.in the bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar , salt. add water and mix to until everything is cohesive and coarse, then place on the worksurface.
2.knead the dough well for 10minutes. then shape 5 balls and put them cover with a food wrap and let stand at room temperature for 5minutes.
3. make a bagel shape (see story, high light photo!)cut the parchment slightly larger than the bagels and place each bagel on it.
4. boil water and honey 🍯 or ※homemade pancake syrup in a pot. drop one or two bagels into the water and cook for 1 minute on each side. put cheese or sesame on top if you like.
7. bake in a 200°c oven for 13minutes.
i use homemade pancake syrup because it is a waste to disposable a lot of honey at home.

put sugar and 1tbsp water in a pan and heat it. when it turns brown, add hot water and boil until smooth .you can use caramel pudding 🍮, pound cake, and many others.
