Chances are, if you’re reading this you have a scar or two on your body. maybe it was from surgery, or a childhood accident. you might even have no idea where a scar came from on your knee or hands. for some, your scars are a painful reminder or something that was difficult, and for others, your scars represent just being alive and living life to its fullest. ⚡️remember, your scars are your strength!
much like the ones on your physical body, they are gentle reminders that you’ve survived, and you’ve grown stronger 💪
It is very challenging to eat clean 100% of the time but we can aim for the 80/20 rule where we eat clean for 80 (more fresh and nutritious food, more home-cooked meals) and the rest is adding a bit of fun in our diet and lifestyle. 💛
that way, we can work on our health goals and be able to sustain the results. adding “fun” in our diet will allow us not to be grumpy while eating our kale. 🥗 it will allow us to enjoy our relationships and our overall lifestyle, too. 🙌
#freedomfriday did you know that checking in with your boss or coworkers when you are a remote worker is a clear sign of your earnest effort of making yourself available to them? you won’t physically meet your boss or co-workers as often, so it’s important to check in frequently. send an extra email to confirm receipt of materials, call up a co-worker to check in on a project, and make it clear that you’re accessible and available throughout the day.
