So first ever transformation post (i think)!
left is me in november 17 around 98kg and me last week at 89kg. i hadn’t changed much from the left picture as of march but starting training for the uwcb completely started to change me as a person and ultimately made in rounds into transforming myself into something i’ve never been! i’ve always been a yeah i’ll start tomorrow or i’ll start monday, not anymore! training at the gym for 4 weeks has had a massive impact on how i look! a massive thanks to @mitchcoulter for pushing me every single session even when he’s not there! there is going to be so many changes and pics to come! really cant wait to be able to say i’m happy with the way i look! here’s to a new me and a more positive outlook! 😎 #workinghard#training#fitness#fitfam#gettingthere#hardworkpayingoff#thegympeterborough#gymbuddies#friendswhogymtogetherstaytogether#herestoanewme
Had a really good day with @ricky_hughes had an absolute laugh doing compounds and super sets! sometimes you just need a gym partner to help you through the hard days... left the gym for coffee as we were talking too much 😂 definitely rate the guy though. thank you for a good gym session much love
