Too easy not to make... too healthy & delicious not to share... banana & raspberry loaf 🐝 βœ”οΈ gluten free βœ”οΈ fructose friendly βœ”οΈ dairy free βœ”οΈ nut free 🐝 2 large ripe bananas (mashed) 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt 1/2 cup coconut oil 4 whisked eggs 3 tbs rice malt syrup 2 tsp natural vanilla 2.5 cups oats -organic oats or quinoa flakes for #glutenfree 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 2 tsp baking powder 1 punnet (approx 1 cup) berries 🐝 simply mix everything together, adding the berries last and gently folding them through. add to a loaf tin (silicon baking equipment works a treat!) and bake at 180 degrees for approx 40-45mins until the middle is firm. 🐝 #healthybaking #dairyfree #nutfree #fructosefriendly #lunchboxideas #breakfast #healthysnacks #activeliving #bananabread #bananaandraspberry #allergyfriendly #eattherainbow #eatrealfood #realfood #wholefoods #fibre #fuelyourbody #iquitsugar #nourish #plantbased #refinedsugarfree #oatbread #flourfree #flourlessbread

This is what my work day looks like: breakfast: 3 strawberrries, small handful blueberries, 2 tbs lsa, handful high fibre gf cereal & 2 tbs @coyo_is_coconuts lunch: 2 homemade chicken burgers with grated carrot & zucchini, flavoured with herbs, spices salt & pepper, big handful spinach leaves, 1 slice gf bread with 1/4 avocado snacks: mid-morning- dragon fruit, afternoon- homemade gf & dairy free choc chip banana bread i don’t know how to format in this so i hope it works 😝

Low fodmap fruit ready to go for the week πŸ‘πŸ»fodmaps are tricky- even though these are low, it’s still important to have a normal serving size. they still contain fructose so overdoing it can result in symptoms. this is what 1 serve (per item, per meal, not all together) looks like for me: 1/2 the dragon fruit, 3 strawberries with a small handful of blueberries, 1/4 of the avocado, and 2 pineapple rounds. i baked the bananas in a loaf πŸπŸ“πŸŒ

Okay dann eben ein zweiter versuch, nachdem mein erster post irgendwie im nirvana verschwunden ist... πŸ™„ also noch einmal von vorn: guten abend ihr lieben πŸ’• eigentlich wollte ich heute ja "nur" eine hühnersuppe machen, nachdem ich in letzter zeit immer wieder darauf appetit hatte. na ja, dabei ist es natürlich nicht geblieben... nachdem ich gestern schon frischen joghurt angesetzt habe, habe ich heute noch frisches ghee hergestellt und mich bei meinem hühnchen kurzerhand umentschieden und das komplette hühnerfleisch für ragout fin verwendet. πŸ˜…πŸ™ˆ natürlich habe ich auch noch genügend hühnerbrühe für meine suppe übrig, aber ursprünglich war es anders geplant. πŸ€·πŸ˜… kennt ihr das auch? dass ihr eigentlich nur ein was machen wollt und dann die kochlust mit einem durchgeht? πŸ˜€
