grilled steak🍖 w/ roasted potatoes🥔 & steamed broccoli🌳

ingredients:
2 medium sized rib eye steaks, room temperature
½ lb. small white potatoes, sliced in quarters
2 tbsp. extra v****n olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried thyme
salt & pepper to taste
broccoli, steamed

method:
season steak with salt, pepper & garlic powder. grill for 3-4 min on each side. cut potatoes and season it with salt and thyme & olive oil, bake in the oven for 15 min. serve with steamed broccoli
