lotte went vegan, because she had so many food intolerances and not even the doctors could help her with that issues. around 3 years ago she went vegetarian and lateron finally vegan. she use to cook on her own without using any chemical additives. now she feels amazing, which you can even see in her lovely fairytalefood. 🧚🏽♀️
even i was able to cure my excema and allergies with the wise food choices. when i went vegan, a whole new inspiring world opened up infront of me. i lost my fear of baking without recipes completely. i loved experimenting with different foods. that was the time when i started thinking deeply in ingredients and where my food comes from. and i decided to spend my time supporting the vegan movement. i wanted to inspire people, like i was inspired of all these opportunitys i´ve never imagined before…

Well it’s not every day you discover a new jar. i’m a little behind and this isn’t the latest red book edition, but it was confirmed by the author himself. this jar is not currently in the book! so when the next edition is released, look for our contribution!
Nicecream jars in february? um...yes please! 😍 i’ve layered a couple different flavors to make the most delicious nicecream: blueberry-banana; strawberry-banana.🍓🍌🥄 i couldn’t finish it all and that just means i have the best snack to look forward to for another time 🙌🏼

tip of the day, going into the crazy/hectic & fun december weekend is:
‘when (or if) life/eating freshly prepared food is passing you by, ignore the ‘too much sugar is bad’ for you and eat plenty of fresh fruit 🙏🍉🍇
by consuming fruit (high in vitamins, antioxidants, fibre etc), it will go ‘some way’ to balance out the ‘bad stuff’ in december and help with energy levels and ‘help’ with your digestive system 🤔😉😉
Kiwi mint fruit cream
it was normal but due to season effect the kiwi was bit sour otherwise it had amazing cream and syrup and other ingredients. i love the presentation of food and ambience.

myth- fruit is full of calories so i won’t have it🤦♂️
facts- fruit is a naturally grown product that has unlimited sources of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants & fibre that our body needs to thrive
yet, people are avoiding it due to these myths and then smashing down high sugar and non nutrient dense products every day 🤔 .
my tip of the day, if you are actually worried about the effect of fruit in a f*t loss phase....
have the fruit before (or even during long duration) training and utilise the sugars as energy for fuel
