Gluten focused leg dayπŸ‘ today’s workout included lots of exercises but this was my glute burnout for the day! 1. step ups: 10 each side 2. step ups with flute kickback: 10 each side i repeated this super set two more times. add 10-15 lbs dumbbells for even more of a glute burn!
