having newbie entrepreneurs charge top dollar for their services can make consumers scared to invest. there is nothing wrong with entrepreneurs that are new to the game charging for their services, but we need to remember that we all have to put in our time, stay humble and learn before we can start charging top-dollar. 🙇🏽 but don't be afraid. this is your chance to show your customers what you are made of. start showing them how you will help them. show them how you will guide them to success with their own business.

I think the word ‘mindset’ is turning into the new buzz word... for good reason! it plays such a major role in our lives, not just in business but in literally every aspect from health to relationships and everything in between ✨ .
mindset is purely a belief that you have. and the amazing news is that, it is something that only exists in your mind, which means it can be changed. so if your mind is constantly being a negative nancy and not believing in yourself... this is something that if worked on, can be corrected! .

I think i subconsciously love losing the same 15 pounds over and over again. 😫otherwise i wouldn’t keep gaining it back 😂
i know i have a couple of limiting beliefs regarding losing weight. i would always say “i have to spend at least 1.5 hours in the gym to lose weight”. or “if i eat any carbs at all i will gain weight instantly”. those were just none truths i told myself over and over again till they became my beliefs.
not anymore i am working on changing my mindset around weight loss and i am excited about shifting away from a girl who has to k**l herself in the gym to look a certain way and into the one that’s effortlessly maintains her weight!
