i can't belive that in only 30 mins my body is totally shaking like i was at the gym for 1h30 😲😲😲 like what? ?
one thing that i really love about those quick 30 mins is that it's a total body workout, so since it's not focus only on the core or legs you don't have time to be tired and your body dosent hurt to much...before doing those online on demand workout i use to focus only on one part of my body during my workout so the next day i was to soar sometimes to even workout ....but not anymore 👊
on top of all this whenever i feel like a low impact workout, yoga or even dancing well there is plenty choice ..it's just like when you search a kind of tv show or movie on netflix! !!
and the answer is yes it's easy as you use netflix it's exactly the same concept but for workout at home, it's perfect for busy mom that sometimes disent have someone to take care of the kids while she wants to workout !!! if you are diabetic and you need to keep yourself with at healthy lifestyle it's just perfect for you ...i am diabetic types 1 and my blood sugar never been so stable 😀 even if you are a beggingner ...there is all types of them :) and let me tell you it is totally important to take for you💜

🌹today i really wanted to share you something, i know that it was been a while that i lost my motivation to workout and other things that's was make me feel alive...i have to admit that this year was a very ruff time for me, mostly mentally. ..i passed through all kinds of emotions...and usualy ( if you know me ) i'm the kind of person that when something happened to me i just double the efforts and i keep going....but this time i just needed a break for a while i guess it was just to much for my body and i felt like i needed to take this break ...we all have that little voice inside of us right ???...
so yes i took a break, and since december i'm pretty much back on the horse..exept one time when i had the flu 😷
so i guess you are wondering. where i'm going with all this..well you know what there is something that i'm happy about this break that i took for me i'm now 10 times stronger mentally and that's like better then be able to bench 200 lbs ahahhaha ( i don't do that just kidding ahahhahaha 😂😂😂)
okay i stop now ...okay i lost what i was about to say ??? ohhhh yess... so for me been 10 times stronger mentally mean like a won a trophy or something like that 🎉🎉🎊...and i'm not saying all that to say that it good to always take breaks heeellll noooo!!!! butttt! !! you have to listen to your body and this is what i did ...and to be honest with you there is many things that i see in a different way now and that is just the cherry on the top 🍨!! something you have to remember never set your goals to high it's it's a journey not a race, it's all about been more confident, feel great in your body, loving who you are , and remember each step getting you closer of your goals 💜

The kids healthy breakfast today: plain greek yogurt, chia seeds, gluten free granola (thank you aldi), local honey, collagen, and a probiotic! looked so great i made a bowl too and they had seconds. i love being able to pack all these nutrients into one bowl of delicious breakfast! #foodisfuel#yogurt#breakfasttime
