Baby eggplant kebab for lunch today. this is a home grown dish my mom taught me to make many years ago. the flavors are mediterranean , with pomegranate molasses used in the sauce . it's a lovely dish for a dinner party because it makes a beautifully presented platter. recipe will be up by tomorrow. 🍅
