it takes just 25 minutes to change those simple ingredients into a delicious, well balanced, healthy meal😍
a magical ingredient i discovered lately but it totally changed lots of my meals for better is smoked paprika 🔥 have you tried it? it brings this unique smoky and earthy flavor and it’s now my secret weapon when grilling and cooking in general. today, i want to share with you the recipe when you can try it for yourself!🌿
it’s grilled salmon with rice, zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
it’s so easy to make, you’re gonna love it. follow the steps:
1️⃣ cook rice according to package directions. you can use the kind of rice you like the most, i decided to go for long-grain and wild mix this time.
2️⃣ preheat oven to 190°c (375°f). season salmon fillet with olive oil, salt, herbs and smoked paprika. place salmon in the oven and grill/bake for 15-20 minutes.
3️⃣ heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. sauté sliced zucchini until soft. season everything with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and chili. stir together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4️⃣ cut cherry tomatoes cook them in the pan with zucchini.
5️⃣ place all of the products on the plate and enjoy.
