Rubber band stretch 🌟this activity is a no-brainer. just rubber bands and diy geo board (made by hubby a long time ago) - to distract and refrain him from riffling through the drawers and messing up the newly washed clothes i was folding. the attempt to distract him was successful. he was so occupied stretching the rubber bands. he doesn’t know how to form shapes yet - just random patterns, overlapping one rubber band to another. great exercise for those tiny hands.

Mein getränk zum fit werden.😷. die reinste vitamin c bombe. zum anderen tat das im kratzenden hals soooo gut. ☝ eis ist besser. aber bei 5tagen vorwiegend bett verzichte ich mal auf das teure hüftgold...

Smoothies não são apenas saborosos, você pode adicionar amêndoas e nozes é ótimo, pois ajuda a desacelerar a absorção do açúcar das frutas

ingredientes
.
* 1 banana madura
.
* 1 copo de fruta gelada da sua escolha (manga,groselha-preta,ou morango)
.
* 2 colheres (sopa) cheias de iogurte natural
.
* 1 (um) punhadinho de aveia
.
* 1 (um) punhadinho de nozes diversas
.
* 1 copo de leite de soja ou desnatado ou suco de maça

opcional

mel liquido a gosto

modo de preparo
.
* descasque e fatie a banana e coloque-a no liquidificador com a fruta congelada e o iogurte
.
* processe e adicione a aveia e as nozes
.
* acrescente o leite de soja,o leite desnatado ou o suco de maça e processe de novo até que fique uniforme (se achar que ficou muito expeço adicione mais leite ou suco de maça e bata de novo)
.
* mexa e depois prove

raramente você precisa adoçar o smoothies feio de frutas congeladas,mas, se quiser,pode acrescentar um pouco de mel.
