Low fodmapping at an away day!
another day of limited control over my food today & from being super open about my requirements, it went really well (i still get surprised does anyone else?!)... 🍓brekkie i took myself and was @nutribrex with cinammon & milled seeds, @thatprotein mixed into yog with chia & teff & topped with strawbs & @primroseskitchen granola 🥗lunch was a delish salmon, mozzarella & egg salad with black rice (i didn’t touch the peas) 🥩🍆for dinner we had street food @flatironsquare where i managed to get a bespoke @savagesalads of steak & halloumi salad with grilled veggies (aub, courgette & peppers) with a small handful of sweet potato fries from one of the girls. coz a little alcohol needed a little carbs 😋 the savage salad guys were amazing at guiding me through their menu & making up something to suit.
don’t be afraid to share your requirements and order off menu when out. i actually find i’m usually the one who people have food envy over with my salads as they tuck into their beige buffet 😋😬☺️
