Today marks the beginning of a lot of change in my life, and while i’m super excited i’m also equally terrified 😅
i have always been someone who loves their routine, literally since i was a little kid. so change is not something that comes ways to my mind and body. it’s pretty much always a hard transition if i’m being honest.
so here’s a couple of things i’m doing to help combat the fear and anxiety that comes with this change:
- make a plan (as best as i can)
- keep what i can consistent (food, water, supplements, sleep)
- journal nightly to help recap and relax
- don’t skip a workout: it’s my time to de stress
- try to get into a new routine as quickly as possible
any tips/recommendations for calming down anxiety over change/moving would be so greatly appreciated!!

It all starts with you. every decision you make as a impact on your life. the food you eat impacts your health. the people you spend time with will influence your thinking and happiness. and you make all these decisions. the sooner you acknowledge this the sooner you can start making better choices.
