four rules:
➰1-length of rope: it should be about shoulder height when you pin the rope infront of your foot, in a split stance, with arms held out front, facing a mirror! i know this is hard to understand, so feel free to send me a dm!

➰2-core: keep your abs tight the entire time that you are jumping rope! yes! even your lower abs!
.
➰3-posture: chest up, arms low, firm and controlled movements. this means, keep your body as controlled as possible, and try to always be mindful of the movements you are doing.
.
➰last but not least... fun: this is the best step of all 😁 but it comes naturally when jumping rope, so that's a freebie!.

From last nights chest workout 😈

i focused a lot on my upper chest during last nights push workout. incline db press/cable raises/db incline fly’s. 🏋🏽‍♂️

lately i’ve been loving i cline dumbbell fly’s. but instead of my palms facing up, i hold the dumbbells so that my palms are facing forward (if that makes sense to you, i’ll try and post a video lol).

fitness tip for the day:
i have said this a while back, but a common misconception when it comes to food is; eating f*t and carbs makes you fat, which is completely untrue. regardless of whether you are eating “healthy food”, like fruits, vegetables and lean meats, it all comes down to you calorie intake. you can eat purely junk food and still lose weight in a deficit, and you can definitely still gain weight from eating “healthy food”, but maintaining a surplus.
there can be many factors as to why you’re not gaining/losing weight, but generally it’s as simple as -
calories in > calories out = weight gain
calories out > calories in = weight loss
