This is transformation of my client naren over 1 year period. naren is having the same weight on both photos before and after. he is on 95kg. the difference is the body composition and he is good example that weight on scale doesnt mean anything.
naren is training with me over 3 years on and off. we do 4 sessions per week with 15min steady state cardio before and after each session. naren doesnt follow nutrition plan strictly as his busy schedule and lifestyle doesnt allow him. i gave him some good healthy choices to follow. he still improved his body compossition. how?! well read bellow :👇 importance of daily workout and just consuming healthy food over long period of time will give you result. its not true that everyone want to have "six packs", be shredded or to have huge muscular body. some people have more "simply goal" , to improve 🔹️overall health🔹️ , 🔹️mental toughness🔹️and 🔹️character🔹️. this is more then enough ✌
