Indoor, at-home workout anyone?! this beachbody on demand pregnancy workout was amazing! it was 30 minutes of non-stop sweat and i loved it! the weather is still c****y here in fl, so i opted to try this safe, 2nd trimester workout with dumbbells and don't regret it. i bounced around on my exercise ball afterwards, stretching my legs and cooling down 🤣😂😧🤰🏃♀️💨

this week has been all about #destressing#relaxing#breathing great gulpsof fresh #saltyair#eatinggoodfood (a lot!!!😉 of that btw) and so very much more....
life goes at such a #crazygate it is easy to get caught up in things that truly do not really matter, but always seem to be of such #direconsequence at the time 🤔😳🤨
i am hoping we will be able to take some of this slower deliberate more thoughtful pace back with us at the end of the week... i know tho, it is easier to do this when away from the day to day #hustleandflow
the #truetest is when you are back in the messy muddle of things.

i keep thinking back to what bishop curry said at the royal wedding last weekend about love.... i found it so inspiring.
maybe if we all take a bit of that to heart it will make a difference in how we live, both for ourselves and others... yikes didn’t mean to be this wordy so early in the morn!
